How does the Asspro ARC-V9 Air Treatment System (ATS) work?

The room's air is drawn into the ARC-V9 inlet through an activated carbon pre-filter and flows through an ionising chamber, then ozone chamber and exist to the outlet as treated air and generated abundance of negative ion into the room. There are 4 stages in this process.

1.  activated carbon filter (0.5 micron) - filter larger air particle, dust, pollen and odor. Replace every 6 month.

2.  ionising chamber - made from stainless steel wire and carry 2000 volts across it together with a special design collecting plate. This feature will totally eliminates any type of smoke that pass though it and at the same time be able to generate high output of negative ion for the room. Floating micro-dust will be sunk down through neutralizing process between positive(+ve) dust particle and negative(-ve) ion making environment less dust.

3.  ozone chamber - special ordered Philip UVc tube for this purpose. The UVc tube is install inside the ozone chamber to produce mild ozone (with ozone concentration of 0.02 ppm). Ozone (O3) is the most effective way to kill air-borne bacteria, virus, fungus, micro-organism and other living pathogens. Ozone is also the best neutralize agent for toxic gases, pesticide and

How to install Asspro ARC-V9?

Asspro ARC-V9 is a portable machine, you can place on the table top or place anywhere at least 2 feet from the floor and 6 feet away from your head where you sleep. There will be a very mild fan blower sound, that caused by the air rush from the blower.

Effectiveness test on eradication of micro-organism in an enclosed room.

The graph show the percentage of bacteria and fungi killed over time period from 0-90 minutes. Meaning, when ARC-V9 was used in an enclosed room, 60% of these micro-organism were killed after 60 minutes and 90% killed after 90 minutes.

Cultured bacteria and micro-organism were place in a 300 sq ft enclosed room with an ARC-V9 for 24 hours. The result indicate that bacteria count were reduce and stop growing. This test the effectiveness on eradication of bacteria and micro-organism.

Effectiveness test on removing smoke - a condense cigarette smoke was pump into a container environment with Asspro ARC-V9 ATS inside, then power is switch on to run the ATS. The smoke was 100% remove after 1 minute.

Tested by International Standard Underwriter Laboratories Inc (UL), European Union (EU) CE mark and  Standards Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM)

ASSPRO ARC-V9 is a very easy and low cost maintenance Air Cleaner. Replace carbon filter only every 6 month under normal use. Note: For all new machine, there will be a little blower like noise and very mild UV reflection light. Install at lease 2 meter away from the sleeping or sitting position. The smell of the ozone is like mild burning smell and this is normal.

Change filter method : Go to the bottom of the machine, use small screw driver to remove the filter holder and replace the filter.
